chicken breast recipes

I know it sounds crazy but i remember hearing somewhere that using chips as a breading is good on chicken breast. Has anyone heard the same thing or even another creative idea?

Crush up the potatoe chips and use them like breadcrumbs. Mash the chips fine, coat the chicken in the chips and add the chicken to a heated pan with a little oil.

    Good luck and happy dining.
