calories in chicken breasts?

according to that 3 chicken breasts (which is a lot) only has 120 calories? Am i reading that correctly? Is that accurate? Im trying to count calories to lose weight and just want to be sure. Thanks!

    try calorie king or something

    but no, a typical chicken breast [one] is 150-180 calories
