Frozen Chicken Brest Help?

Hey i kinda have a problem, i buy these perdue individually frozen chicken breasts and i usually cook them without thawing them because there’s no need. but this time i wanna bread them and i don’t have the time to thaw them and i dont have a microwave… im scared that if i put the breading on the frozen breasts and start cooking them they’re gonna taste bad?? andy help? suggestions

For chicken wings as well.
