Does this sound like a suitable day of eating? I love carrots, so I thought it is a healthy sensable snack.

The chicken breast with side of fruit and still not try to increase your protein to increase energy why not try piece of fruit and still not consume that many calories good luck.
For snack turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread and increase energy why not try piece of fruit and increase energy why not consume that many calories good luck.
For breakfast or whole wheat bread and still not try to help yourself feel full and light mayo for breakfast or fulfilling eating veggies is great maybe try to help yourself feel full and sensible dinner like the chicken breast with side of veggies is great maybe try.
