4. Your Content (Recipes, Reviews, Photos)

By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute your submissions (e.g., your grandma’s lasagna recipe) across our platforms.

• You retain ownership but give us broad rights.
• Make it original—no plagiarism or stolen photos.
• We can remove content anytime.

5. Community Guidelines

Keep it tasty and respectful:

• No hate speech, spam, scams, or illegal content.
